ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando mornings are about to get a little more colorful. BookBurn Café and Social is expanding its opening hours to 7 a.m., welcoming early risers with freshly prepared coffee, distinctive Filipino-inspired flavors and a growing selection of light morning bites.

Located in Orlando’s Milk District, BookBurn has become a gathering place where coffee, culture, creativity and community come together. The expanded hours introduce a new morning chapter for the café, giving commuters, remote workers, neighbors and friends an inviting place to begin their day.

Whether guests are picking up a quick coffee before work, opening their laptops for a productive morning or settling in with a book, BookBurn’s morning service will offer familiar coffeehouse favorites alongside flavors that encourage a little exploration.

Coffee Classics Meet Filipino-Inspired Flavors

The morning beverage menu pairs coffeehouse staples, including the Americano, cortado, café con leche and Spanish latte, with BookBurn’s signature selection of culturally inspired drinks.

Guests can try the Turon Latte, inspired by the beloved Filipino dessert, or explore the distinctive flavors of the Sweet Corn, Pandan and Ube Lattes. Together, the menu offers something for traditional coffee drinkers and guests looking to discover an unexpected new favorite.

A Growing Morning Menu

A select assortment of pastries and light bites will be available when the expanded hours begin on Monday August 3rd, with additional offerings introduced throughout the week.

The full morning menu will grow to include freshly baked favorites such as croissants, Danishes, savory and sweet twists, specialty scones, pan de sal, ube cookies and focaccia bread service. Availability may vary as BookBurn continues expanding its morning selection.

By opening at 7 a.m., BookBurn is creating more opportunities for the community to experience the space throughout the day. The expansion builds upon the café’s commitment to offering a welcoming environment where people can connect, work, read, create or simply take a moment for themselves.

Morning guests can expect the same warmth, creativity and sense of belonging that define the BookBurn experience, now beginning with the first cup of the day.
